Lucid dreaming, also known as lucid dreaming, is a state in which one realizes that one is dreaming and is able to control the dream. It is generally believed that lucid dreaming occurs because the part of short-term memory that is supposed to be turned off during rapid eye movement (REM), the state of dreaming, is activated because some stimulus (the recognition that 'I am dreaming'), but the part that controls the dream is not turned off, so it becomes a state of control over the dream. According to current research, lucid dreaming has no physical or psychological effects on people.

Jiang used to have lucid dreams (about twice a month), and the feeling of flying around in dreams was quite fun. However, lucid dreams must be able to recognize that they are dreaming, since starting to work, Xiao Jiang's dreams are about the Deadline approaching and so on, it is more and more difficult to find that they are dreaming.
